Connected directly to the landmarked Woolworth lobby, the café & wine bar is designed to become part of the building’s daily rhythm. Serving as a destination for coffee meetings, breakfast conversations, and informal work sessions by day, it transitions into a setting for wine, aperitifs, and spontaneous gatherings by evening. Anchored by a major contemporary art installation and inspired by the enduring role of the European café in civic life, the space brings together hospitality, culture, and community within the flow of the building.

Restaurant & Social Club

The culinary centerpiece of The Woolworth Collective

At the center of The Woolworth Collective is a contemporary French restaurant and social club conceived as a new gathering place for downtown New York. Open from breakfast through late evening, the experience evolves with the rhythm of the day, transitioning from morning meetings and long lunches to aperitifs, dinner, and conversation. Inspired by the great restaurants, salons, and social institutions that have shaped New York’s cultural life, a collection of dining rooms, lounges, private salons, and event spaces creates an atmosphere where business, culture, and community naturally intersect.

Guild is the open, ground-floor meeting point at the heart of The Woolworth — a visible space for coffee, conversation, and connection. Inspired by the historic guilds of master craftsmen, it reflects the building’s legacy of ambition and shared standards. Its design language draws directly from the grand staircase. Guild is not tucked away, it’s central, intentional, and alive. Here, tenants intersect with one another and with the cultural rhythm of the city. A place to begin a meeting, continue a conversation, or simply remain in the flow of the building.
